Granalladora sobre orugas uses rubber tracks attached end to end to form a space roller, which makes the workpiece continuously turn over during the shot blasting process, so as to clean the surface of the work-piece and the every angle of the inner cavity. The shot/sand separator is equipped with roller screen to separate the large particles of impurities; the pre-separator and the filter are used for dedusting to minimize pollution. The blasting speed and blasting flow of the shots are adjustable. It can be controlled by PLC or manually by electric appliances. It is used for surface cleaning, polishing and shot strengthening of various forgings, heat-treated parts and metal workpieces.
