Upon receiver of the goods, please make the goods receipt and open package inspection in time. If there is any damaged, refuse to sign, otherwise our company will not bear the corresponding loss; and confirm whether the received goods are consistent with the content of the packing list, if it does not match, please notify us through customer service immediately so as to allow us to handle in 24 hours.
For standard products, if the customer do not claim any objection to the product within 15 days after receiving, they shall be deemed fully meeting the requirements in the order or contract and shall be deemed accepted; for the customized products, if the customer do not claim any objection to the product within 30 days after receiving, they shall be deemed fully meeting the requirements in the order or contract, and shall be deemed accepted.
