The straightening roll is an important part of the straightening machine, set as staggered arrangement and multi-roll straightening. Used to straighten strip surface curving, edge wave, middle buckling, sickle bend and other defects, to obtain a good strip plate. Its main processing flow for forging blank, rough machining, conditioning, finishing, quenching treatment and grinding. It is ground by CNC grinder, with high precision and long service life. As the depth of the quenching layer is deeper, the straightening roll can be repeatedly ground and reused. Mainly used for strip steel straightening of various processing lines of cold rolling and hot rolling strip.
